On June 26th, 2021 we participated in another paint recycling event.
This time around we recycled 15 poxes of paint, which weighed a total of 12,302 pounds. Were we to have emptied every paint can and filled new cans to the brim, that would amount to approximately 1,230 gallons of new paint!
The latex paint products were filtered and revitalized to be resold under the GreenSheen Paint label and used for its original purpose. The oil-based products were used as an alternative fuel source.
