Lakewood’s Sustainability Plan is to minimize community-wide greenhouse gas emissions and prepare and adapt to ongoing climate change impacts.
- Reduce community-wide greenhouse gas emissions by 20 percent below 2007 levels by 2025.
- Reduce community-wide greenhouse gas emissions by 50 percent below 2007 levels by 2050.
- Reduce municipal greenhouse gas emissions annually through 2025.
